The St. Regis Princeville Resort

The resort has ample inventory of banquet chairs, tables, lecterns, staging, dance floor and more.  Please confirm your event needs with your Catering & Convention Services Manager to ensure that the required equipment for your program is available.  If there is a need for equipment beyond what's available, the hotel will be happy to rent equipment on your behalf for an additional charge.

 

Please note, some banquet equipment are subject to a rental fee.

The resort features Italian-made Rivolta linens in the color options of white and ivory. The resort is happy to arrange specialty linens for your event at an additional cost via one of our preffered linen suppliers that are contracted through the resort. 

 

If you wish to provide your own linens, prior arrangements will need to be made with your Catering & Convention Services Manager and delivery of the linens to the resort will be required 3 working days prior to your event date.

The St Regis Princeville Resort is partnered with PSAV Presentation Services for all your audio visual and technology needs.  Plase contact your Catering & Convention Services Manager regarding your needs and we will be delighted to facilitate one of PSAV's professionals to assist you.

Any hired third-party suppliers are required to provide the resort Catering & Convention Services Manager with a complete timeline and equipment manifest 14 days prior to event.  There will be a facility walk through prior to load-in to document any existing damage at the resort and again upon load-out to document any possible damages occured during the event.   Proof of insurance and additional fees may apply.
